Owner/Chiropractor

Donna Headshot 1.JPG

With more than 20 years of experience in chiropractic care, Dr. Donna Balfour is passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to the things they love.

Donna began her career with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, followed by two years working as a Clinical Kinesiologist. This early experience in human movement and rehabilitation sparked her interest in chiropractic care and led her to earn her Doctor of Chiropractic from New York Chiropractic College in 2003.

Over the years, Donna has continued to expand her knowledge and clinical skills through advanced training in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Thompson, Activator, SASTM, extremity adjusting and acupuncture as well as specialized education in pediatric and pregnancy care.

Her approach to chiropractic is hands-on, individualized and focused on the person—not simply the symptoms. Donna believes that effective care begins with listening, understanding what is important to each patient, and developing a treatment approach that fits their goals, lifestyle and comfort level.

Whether you are dealing with an injury, persistent pain, stiffness, headaches, an active lifestyle, or simply want to maintain your mobility and overall wellness, Donna’s goal is to help you feel confident in your body and get back to doing what you love.

After more than two decades serving the North Bay community, Donna is excited to bring her experience, passion and patient-centred approach to BACK TO ACTION Spine & Wellness.

Move better. Feel better. Get Back to Action.

Born and raised in North Bay, Jazmine has always had a strong connection to her community and a genuine passion for helping others feel their best. Her interest in health and wellness led her to CTS Canadian Career College, where she graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program.

During her clinical training, Jazmine gained experience working with a diverse range of conditions and client needs, including thoracic outlet syndrome, arthritis, post-surgical rehabilitation, sciatica, headaches, pregnancy-related discomfort, PTSD and newborn massage. This broad clinical experience has helped her develop a thoughtful and adaptable approach to care.

Jazmine believes that no two bodies—or two people—are the same. She takes the time to listen, understand each client’s concerns and goals, and create a treatment that is both comfortable and effective. Her treatments incorporate Swedish and deep tissue massage techniques, customized to the individual and guided by evidence-informed practice.

Whether you are looking to relieve muscle tension, recover from an injury, manage everyday aches and discomfort, support your changing body during pregnancy, or simply make time for yourself, Jazmine is committed to creating a welcoming and personalized experience.

With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Erinn Christie brings a unique blend of clinical expertise, global experience, and a genuine passion for helping people feel their best.

A lifelong North Bay resident, Erinn graduated with honours from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2005 and has continued to expand her skills throughout her career. Early on, her love of travel and therapeutic care took her around the world—from studying Thai Yoga Massage in Thailand, to treating elite skiers and snowboarders at heli-ski lodges in British Columbia, to volunteering in Jambiani, Tanzania, where she provided massage therapy to members of a remote community through Hands Across Borders.

Erinn’s commitment to whole-body wellness led her to spend a year immersed in a yoga development program at Yasodhara Ashram in British Columbia. As a Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, she enjoys incorporating movement, breathwork, and practical home-care strategies into her approach, empowering clients long after they leave the treatment room.

She has completed advanced training in Prenatal Massage, Craniosacral Therapy for TMJ and headaches, Breast Health Education, Yoga, and Breathwork, allowing her to support clients through every stage of life with thoughtful, individualized care.

Erinn believes in the body’s remarkable ability to heal and is continually inspired by the positive changes she sees through massage therapy. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, navigating pregnancy, or simply looking to move and feel better, she creates treatments that are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Outside the clinic, Erinn enjoys hiking, biking, camping, walking her dog, and spending time in nature with her husband and two daughters.

Restore balance. Move with ease. Feel your best.
